Natural Product Variation-

Wood is a natural product. The color and grain pattern of wood vary with every piece. We do our best to represent our designs properly from photograph to product, but every piece we make will be slightly different.

Returns Policy-

For Large items , because they are made to order, all sales are final, and Refunds will not be issued. If a piece is damaged during delivery please contact us to arrange repairs.

For Oddities and Small items we offer a 30 day refund will be offered for damaged items. If the item is undamaged, the purchaser will be refunded the item cost, but not the shipping charge.

Large Items- Made to Order

All Large items are made ,by hand, by Matthew Gramling, specifically for you when ordered. Please allow up to 6 weeks for building. After purchasing you will receive an email regarding your order that will give you an estimated date of completion and shipping.

Small Items-

We do our best to keep these small items in stock and ready to ship. However, our stock can run low which can increase wait time. You will receive an estimated shipping date once your order has been processed.

Shipping Charges

When ordering ‘Small items’ you shipping charges will be added at check out.

When ordering ‘Large Items’ or ‘Oddities’ an email will be sent to you to discuss pick-up or delivery options. If you are within 500 miles of Milwaukee,WI, it would be our preference that you choose our in-house delivery service. This way we insure the safety of your new piece from our studio to your home or business.
